JJ's Define You Dance Studio delivers After School Program, Ballet Classes, Hip Hop Dance Classes, Jazz Dance Classes, Lyrical Dance Classes, Majorette Classes, Modeling Classes, Praise Dance Classes. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://dancestudiostonemountain.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JJ's Define You Dance Studio or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JJ's Define You Dance Studio makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of JJ's Define You Dance Studio arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ's Define You Dance Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Law and Venue. GA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in GA.

Term Changes. JJ's Define You Dance Studio may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
